Why most candidates stall

The exam changed in 2025. Old study material now teaches the wrong things.

RIBO Level 1 added a full Commercial Lines domain and moved every dispute to the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Recycled Quebec or pre-2025 banks quietly cost candidates a fifth of the exam — and teach answers that are no longer correct.

Generic study banks

What quietly sinks a first attempt

  • No Commercial Lines domain — 20% of the exam missing entirely.
  • Teaches "mediation" as the first dispute step, abolished in Ontario in 2016.
  • Uses SEF endorsement forms — the wrong province. Ontario is OPCF.
  • Answers with no explanation, so wrong stays wrong.
RIBO Exam Pro

Built to the current blueprint, line by line

  • Full Commercial Lines domain, weighted at the real 20%.
  • LAT, OPCF, common law — current Ontario rules throughout.
  • A written explanation on every one of the 980 questions.
  • A click-to-reveal hint on every question while you practice.
Weighted like the real thing

Every quiz mirrors the exam's exact question mix.

Diagnostic, practice, and both mock exams draw from the bank using the RIBO weighting — so your practice score means what your real score will mean.

A four-phase method

Diagnose, learn, repair, simulate.

You don't need to study everything equally. Find your weakest domain first, then spend your time where the score is actually leaking.

Diagnose

A 25-question diagnostic, weighted like the exam, taken before you study — so you know your weakest domain on day one.

Learn

Work the lessons for each of the five domains, then quiz one topic at a time with hints on to build understanding, not memorization.

Repair

Revisit only what you got wrong. Every explanation tells you why the wrong answer is wrong, so a mistake becomes a lesson.

Simulate

Sit two full 100-question mocks in 180 minutes, hints off, exam conditions. Book the real exam once you clear 85% twice.

See a real question

Every question, answered and explained.

This is what practice looks like: a hint when you're stuck, then a written explanation the moment you answer — so the reasoning sticks for exam day.

AUTOMOBILE · DCPDPractice · explanation shown after answering

A client's parked car is damaged overnight by a driver who leaves no note. With only the mandatory coverages, this loss is:

Paid under DCPD by their own insurer
Not covered — DCPD needs an identified vehicle; a hit-and-run to a parked car needs Collision
Paid under third-party liability
Paid under accident benefits
WhyDCPD needs another identified, insured vehicle and no fault on your part. A fleeing unknown driver is neither identified nor insured, so DCPD does not respond — the damage is covered only if the client carries optional Collision. This gap is one of the most-tested points in Ontario auto.
Built for the real exam

Everything is anchored to how RIBO actually tests you.

3h · 100 questions

Mock exams run the real format: 100 questions in 180 minutes, hints disabled, exactly like exam day.

Score by domain

Every result breaks your score into the five domains, so you always know the one place to study next.

2 attempts per provider

You get two tries with each provider before an eight-month wait. This course exists to make the first one enough.

Before you enroll

Common questions.

Is this built for the current RIBO exam?+
Yes. It follows the RIBO Level 1 blueprint in effect since 1 January 2025 — including the Commercial Lines domain at 20%, the Licence Appeal Tribunal for disputes, and OPCF endorsement forms. No recycled pre-2025 or out-of-province content.
How many questions are there, really?+
980 unique questions, weighted 245 / 245 / 245 / 196 / 49 across the five domains — the same proportions as the real exam. Every one has a written explanation, and every one has a click-to-reveal hint while you practice.
What's the passing score, and how many attempts do I get?+
You need 75% to pass. RIBO gives you two attempts per exam provider; failing both means an eight-month wait before you can try again. That's exactly why the course is built around getting you comfortably past 75% before you book.
How does the mock exam work?+
Two full 100-question exams, 180 minutes each, hints disabled — the real conditions. Each result shows your overall score against the 75% line and a per-domain breakdown, so you can see whether you're ready and where you're not. See the full method →
What do I need to run it?+
Just a browser. The course runs online, on desktop or mobile, with your progress saved as you go. See what's inside →
